Broccoli Potato Casserole

1 32oz Bag Frozen Diced Potatoes, Thawed
1 16oz Bag Frozen Chopped Broccoli, Thawed
1 Can Cream of Potato Soup
1 TLB Dried Minced Onion
½ tsp Garlic Salt
¼ Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Extra Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top

Mix first 8 ingredients together in a large baking dish. Add Salt & Pepper to taste. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and extra Parmesan cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
