Baked Herb Chicken

My family all love this one. It's very easy. I cook the chicken for about 45 minutes. I usually have to add a couple tablespoons of water after about 30 minutes. I serve this with Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice or Baked Rosemary and Garlic New Potatoes and Steamed Vegetables.

4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 TBL Olive Oil
3 TBL Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth
1 TBL Dry Minced Onion
1 ½ tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp rosemary
½ tsp parsley
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp marjoram

Preheat oven to 375. Put all ingredients except chicken into a bowl and mix well. Place chicken into baking dish. Pour sauce mixture over chicken and coat well. Make sure sauce covers the bottom of the baking dish and that the chicken is coated on both sides. Bake for 45 minutes.
