Pumpkin Bread

This is a wonderful, delicious recipe. It is made with wheat flour, organic pumpkin and canola oil. My kids love this recipe and it is usually devoured within 2 days. It is moist and delicious and this recipe makes 2 big loaves.

3 Cups Sugar
1 ½ cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 15 oz can organic pumpkin
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup Canola Oil
4 eggs
¾ Cup Water

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl with spoon. Add pumpkin, oil, eggs and water and melted butter. Mix well. Pour into 2 full size loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
