Sounds like great reasons! My wife and I started juicing veggies (even the kids like it). While we tend to eat a fair amount of fresh vegetables and fruit, juicing allowed us to get even more antioxidants and vitamins in a convenient way. We bought an Omega J8005 and have really been happy with it. Many of the antioxidants from brassica vegetables are released when we chew on them, and the masticating juicers replicate the chewing action of our teeth, thereby releasing these antioxidants as part of the juice that is extracted. So we use kale, and other greens, mixed with apples, carrots, etc. to blend a tasty, healthy drink. Thanks for the post, Lisa!
