What are the Best Eggs to Eat?

For several years we have been eating Eggland's Best Eggs.

Each egg contains 100 milligrams of omega-3 fats, which means you get a shot of heart-healthy, brain-boosting, anti-inflammatory nutrients along with normal package of protein and lutein offered in eggs.

Scrambled or boiled eggs are a great way to start off your day. I feed my kids a scrambled egg almost every day before school. That way I know that at least they are starting off their day with a good amount of healthy protein.

  1. I agree--eggs are the best breakfast food for you and children! They fill you up, are a fantastic source of protein, and, if you are eating the omega-3 eggs, the so-called "cholesterol" issue is not an issue. Everyone in my family has great cholesterol levels and we eat eggs daily.
