I agree--eggs are the best breakfast food for you and children! They fill you up, are a fantastic source of protein, and, if you are eating the omega-3 eggs, the so-called "cholesterol" issue is not an issue. Everyone in my family has great cholesterol levels and we eat eggs daily.
