Slow Cooker Mushroom Chicken

3-4 Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Can Organic Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Onion, Chopped
3 Cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Water
¼ Organic Chicken Broth
¼ White Wine (optional)
1 TLB Minced Dried Onion
½ tsp each salt & Pepper
½ tsp. garlic salt

Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over brown rice with steamed broccoli and carrots.
