Eating healthy is basically pretty easy. Here are a few easy tips to try and simplify our lives:
Here are the good foods:
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
- Eat small amounts of lean meat and fish
- Eat healthy fats (olive oil, avocados,almonds, salmon)
- Eat Whole Grains (No white breads,rice,or pasta-use the healthier whole wheat and whole grain varieties)
- Minimize full fat dairy products(use low-fat milk and yogurts)
- Avoid fried foods
- Avoid soft drinks (regular and diet)
- Avoid white breads, rice, and pasta
